1 · Terms of Service
By creating a Flurra account, you agree to these terms. They cover what we provide, what you're responsible for, and how subscriptions work.
What we provide
- AI-driven content insights, hook analysis, and recommendations
- Account scans, trend reports, and repurposing tools
- Saved analysis history within your plan's credit allotment
No guaranteed results
AI recommendations are informational. You make the final call on every post.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content decisions you make using Flurra's outputs
- You confirm you have the right to upload or analyze any content you submit
- You comply with the terms of any platform you create content for, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Subscription & usage limits
- Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment: 1 credit = 1 video; 5 credits = 1 account scan
- Unused credits roll over for 1 month on paid plans; Free-tier credits do not roll over
- Heavy or abusive usage may be rate-limited
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy below, attempt to exploit our APIs, or engage in fraudulent billing activity.
2 · Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to give you accurate, personalized analysis.
Data we collect
- Account info: email, name, creator handle
- Content you upload or paste: videos, links, scripts
- Social metrics you provide or that we pull on your behalf
- Analysis outputs we generate for you
- Billing data, processed by our payment provider; we don't store card numbers
Third parties we use
- Neon — primary database
- Apify — public social-media scraping
- Gemini / Google AI — video scanning and analysis
- OpenAI — text generation and rewrites
- Cloud storage provider for media files
- Payment processor for subscriptions
How your data is used
- We build per-account profiles to personalize your insights
- We do not use your videos or scripts to train any global models
- We cache analysis results so you're not billed twice for the same video
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@flurra.app. We'll remove your account and associated content within 30 days.
3 · Refund Policy
- Cancel anytime — from Settings → Billing, two clicks
- 30-day money back on your first paid subscription
- Refund window is 10 days before your next billing date for ongoing subscriptions
- Annual plans: pro-rated refund within 30 days, none after
- No charges after cancellation; access continues to the end of the paid period
Our goal: reduce billing surprises, chargebacks, and support disputes. If something is unclear, email us first.
4 · Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Upload illegal content
- Use Flurra for harassment or abuse
- Attempt to exploit our APIs or scrape beyond allowed limits
- Misrepresent Flurra as affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform
- Reverse-engineer the analysis pipeline or resell outputs as a competing service

Results disclaimer
Recommendations are not guarantees. Content performance depends on many factors outside the product's control: your audience, the platform algorithm, timing, niche saturation, and execution quality.

Flurra is not officially affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform unless explicitly stated. Platform names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Rate Intelligence disclaimer
Brand-deal pricing guidance is an estimate based on aggregated public data. It is not financial, legal, or contractual advice. Always negotiate based on your specific deliverables and audience.
