How to request deletion
To request deletion of Instagram, TikTok, or other connected account data stored by Flurra, email kenrick@atherisdigital.com from the email address associated with your Flurra account. Use the subject line: Connected Account Data Deletion Request.
What Flurra deletes
- Connected social account records for Instagram and TikTok.
- Encrypted access and refresh tokens stored for those connections.
- Synced social posts, profile metadata, metrics, and analytics records tied to the connection.
- Generated social insight records tied to the connected account data where required.
Disconnecting without full deletion
Users can disconnect Instagram or TikTok from Flurra settings. Disconnecting removes the active connection and prevents future syncs unless the user reconnects.
